Job Description

    POSITION: Assistant Marketing Manager for Large Deals marketing, iDEAS, Wipro LOCATION: Bangalore, India ROLE TYPE: Fulltime Position Description: The iDEAS GBL function roughly has an annual revenue of about $6.3Bn, representing ~61% of Wipro s total business. We are looking for an assistant marketing manager, who can own marketing activities across deal stages that enables Wipro to win strategic large deals. The person will be responsible for working with business & account teams to develop win themes for large deals, create marketing strategy, differentiated messaging, create/identify deal specific assets, run deal-specific marketing campaigns across channels, measure/track campaign performance and increase deal win ratio. Success will be measured by the ability to enable Wipro to influence & win large deals through strategic initiatives. This position is specifically responsible for the following: Enable Wipro s iDEAS business to win more deals Design, develop, and execute an integrated marketing plan aligned to a specific deal Create assets/content and execute campaigns for large deals Own the end-to-end marketing program Work collaboratively as a team player with marketing and business colleagues Requirements: The successful candidate possesses the following: 7+ years of integrated marketing experience in IT industry Experience in Large deals marketing would be a plus Ability to build strategic perspectives, own multiple programs, and execute them flawlessly High impact business communication skills Thorough understanding of IT deal stages, content/assets, channels, and marketing analytics Ability to narrate interesting and relevant stories that stand out from the clutter while working on strategic deals Ability to work across multiple business units & stakeholders to own & drive the deal from marketing perspective This role is based out of Bangalore, India and reports to the Marketing Director, iDEAS, Wipro,
