To support the internal process of contract administration. Ensure that the customer contracts are being set-up in SAP and renewed timely and within the business requirements and company policies

  3. Order Booking,
  4. Amendments,
  5. Renewals,
  6. Repair Order Process,
  7. Carepack Registration,
  8. Smart Buy
  9. MS Management.
  10. The processor will perform one of the listed task as per the training skill matrix
  • Regular Graduate in any discipline with 60% and above marks
  • B Tech, MBA & MCA graduates are NOT eligible
  • Bachelors in distance education will not be considered
