Job Description

    Job Title: SAP Transportation Management (TM) - Associate Architect.Purpose: SAP S4HANA TM (Transporation Managment) Functional Analyst should have a good understanding of products modelling and configuring in SAP system. This position will have the ability to clearly understand the business requirements and work closely to fulfil the business needs. A strong understanding of SAP TM concepts and other Integrated modules is required and an add on for this position & Role.Job Functions:
    • Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes for transportation management within the Logistics Execution work stream.
    • Designs to-be business processes for transportation management based on SAP integration to Manhattan TMS
    • Lead and assist in SAP design sessions
    • Configure and maintain the relevant ECC components including but not limited to SAP TM (including documentation)
    • Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
    • Build and deliver executive communication regarding project strategy decisions on scope, cost & quality
    • Perform or manage production support of SAP business processes as needed
    • Act as escalation point for solution design or troubleshooting with outside service partners
    • Project leadership and support of all active units and departments using SAP, with primary focus area on Transportation Management
    • Warehouse, distribution, and transportation logistics business process knowledge and experience as well as compliance and documentation.
    Experience
    • Must have at least 3 +yrs. of experience on SAP TM and VC (Variant Configuration).
    • Must have experience of all Life cycles of Implementing an SAP SD Solutions
    • Life science business experience is a definite plus for this position. Ability to be productive in a fast paced environment with minimal direction
    Knowledge and Skills
    • Must have completed at least 4 End to End SAP TM and SD implementation projects for a customer in same or similar industry.
    • Tactical Thinking and the ability to execute successfully
    • Wide degree of technical skills and creativity is expected
    • Must understand the integration technologies like EDI, ALE/IDOCs, PI, Web Services.
    • Good Problem Solving and Communication skills.
