Build your career with us and apply today.Role: Power BI Developer & Automation Specialist, Procurement Offer Level Position : Associate Consultant - Procurement Reports to: VP, Manager Procurement Reporting & AnalyticsSummary Associate Consultant - Reporting would be responsible for all aspects of the data and metrics to support internal and external stakeholder requirements across multiple geographies via the Global Reporting Role. This role is based out in Bengaluru. The role is responsible for running the operational and ah-hoc reporting and design and develop new dashboard and visualization using Power BI and Excel. This role will also involve for running statistical analysis of data used by the Global Procurement & internal stakeholders. Create analytics reporting and tools to enhance the user capability to improve metrics and performance. Collaborate with all stakeholders and work as team player within the Reporting team. Collaborate with all stakeholders to drive accountability and teamwork within the Reporting team, continuing to focus on innovation as a key initiative.Major Duties: 1. Carry out in-depth analysis and create dashboards which in turn aids in decision making in Category planning and contribute to other efficiencies within the procurement processes 2. Work consistently to improve internal processes & tools and implement culture of continuous improvement across the team by conceptualizing the benefits of technology in solving real business problems 3. Own the automation projects and work towards Process standardization through industry best practices using VBA, SharePoint & Power Apps/automate 4. Collaborate with multiple BU s and Global Category Managers to transition from report generation to data analytics, allowing for increased insights and capabilities for Onshore Category teams 5. Develop relevant practices and procedures for preparing business reports including creating and maintaining efficient and secure systems for recording data 6. Provides and lead the improvements initiatives of global policies, programs and processes 7. Create and optimize daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and analysis. Reports of historic data, showing hidden pattern and trend which help to drive Procurement and financial performance 8. Aggregate and analyze data from multiples tools and systems to derive business insights 9. Create and provide Business Intelligence and solutions, which will result in effective buying channels from suppliers, increased productivity, improved metric performance for quality and delivery and other metrics 10. Develop and maintain applications/tools by evaluating stakeholder needs and analyze requirements 11. Initiates action to discover new reporting opportunities, new ways to leverage existing data and report tools, and new analysis that will contribute to the success of the business unitExperience & Technical Skill Required A College or University degree in Engineering/ technical degree and/or some relevant 5 to 7 years of work experience in Reporting, Visualization and analysis area Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement life cycle Knowledge of Coupa (P2P system) would be an added advantage Knowledge on Business Intelligence tools COGNOS- TM1, Oracle Hyperian etc., shall be preferred Experience in Power BI Dashboard, Power Views, Power Query, Advanced Excel, VBA, SharePoint and reporting tools Experience in MS Access, SQL scripting, Big Data, Python, Exploratory Analytics using R programming would be an added advantage Must be a good team player and forward thinker, to understand the vision of the organization to implement and deploy the necessary actions to meet business objectives Excellent oral and written communication skillsAdditional Information,
