Job Description

*Responsibilities

  • Develop materials for learning solutions which may include digital/e-learning modules, videos and/or electronic performance solutions per the design documents and project schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with the global team to ideate, conceptualize and materialize ideas from storyboards, video scripts and meeting notes to create digital assets such as videos and infographics.
  • Maintain high visual and UI/UX standards and is able to assess the visual appeal and accessibility of digital solutions.
  • Support the maintenance and update/creation of tools, templates and processes related to digital media learning solutions, including video related solutions.
  • Identify relevant interactive/visual design alternatives for inclusion in the solution that will most effectively accomplish the business objectives and learning outcomes.
  • Attend status update meetings with other project team members on basis appropriate for each project and be prepared to communicate any items or issues that are relevant to other members of the team.
  • Address review comments in a timely manner.
  • Research innovative uses of digital-learning tools and multimedia design trends that could be applied to further support learning and performance solutions development.
The candidate should have experience in:
  • Adult learning design and development
  • Ability to manage competing deliverables
  • Video design/development/editing.
  • E-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360)
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects)
  • Innovative E-learning design
  • Evaluation of learning solutions
  • Planning and prioritization skills
  • Experience with HTML5/JavaScript/CSS (good to have)
