Associate Director FPGA Program Management

As the industrys only end-to-end, cloud-native network software provider, Mavenir is transforming the way the world connects, accelerating software network transformation for 250 Communications Service Providers in over 120 countries, which serve more than 50% of the world s subscribers.Role SummaryAs the Associate Director of FPGA program management, your responsibilities may include planning and driving of various FPGA disciplines throughout different phases of FPGA product life cycle. Our FPGA solutions enable various 5G Radio Unit product portfolios. We are looking for an experienced professional with FPGA Design, Verification, Validation background who got groomed from technical to management role that can drive complete FPGA design cycle from requirement through design/development and sustaining field issues. In this role you will be engaged with 5G RU FPGA design, RTL verification and FPGA validation teams to define, plan, build and deliver for next level of integration and testing. You required to utilize your technical and program management skills to drive program schedules, proactively anticipate and identify gaps, provide mitigation plans and help resolving technical issues that enable on-time quality FPGA delivery. You will be closely working with FPGA leads from all disciplines for progress updates, often presenting program and risk updates to the leadership team.Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive understanding of every phase in FPGA design flow at granular level is must
• Familiarity in Xilinx s FPGA/Tools/EVM boards or Intel FPGA/Tools/EVM boards is desired
• Understanding on RTL verification, FPGA validation using SV-UVM, Python or any automation environment is preferred
• Proven ability to develop and drive complex FPGA program plan till delivery is must
• Should be very well familiarized with FPGA design/simulation/validation challenges
• Should be aware of SW interfaces and HW-FPGA-SW integration challenges
• Proven experience in coordinating with SW and integration test teams
• Prior program management experience on 5G RU FPGA domain is a great advantage
• Experience working in a global cross functional development teams and coordination
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Well familiar with JIRA tool for tracking development, reporting issues, tracking progress/closure and communication of program status and risks

Job Requirements

• Overall 15 years of relevant experience which may include
• 8 years of hands-on experience on FPGA design, RTL verification, FPGA validation
• 5 years of experience in leading a complete FPGA design flow from product specification analysis, feasibility study, architecture, design, verification, validation
• 3 years of technical program or project management experience
• Bachelor s/ Master s degree in communication engineering/equivalent disciplines
