Job Description

    Looking for Associate Manager - Food for one of the top notch Online Retailer Brand. Our client is SMBs specialist in making sure they upscale on retail industry and build their own business without any troubleJob PurposeFood is a new program which will enhance the umbrella of benefits available under the prime program. We are looking for an associate Manager who will own acquisition of regionally strategic accounts for the program and manager the team. This role is critical as it involves managing accounts which are strong demand drivers and hence would involve long negotiation cycles and continuous relationship management.Ideal candidate will have experience of interacting with decision makers in large organizations and coordinate with internal departments to drive closure on commercials and agreements. Candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment by taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives.Roles and Responsibilities- Acquire and manage a portfolio of strategic regional accounts identified for Bangalore- Own partner retention goals for the program by engaging regularly with partners and getting offers- Drive preference for Amazon by getting exclusivity on all or few products- Coordinate with internal product and marketing teams to ensure that managed partners get adequate visibility on A.in- Drive timely closure on partner/customer escalations- Coordinate with partners and internal teams like legal/compliance to drive closure on commercials and agreement terms- Coordinate effectively with partner teams like imaging & cataloging to ensure smooth partner experience and to reduce time to onboard- Motivate and grow the teamExperience - Relevant:- More than 5 years of experience in Account Management / Sales- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.- Proven ability to manage the business - by the numbers- . Must be metrics-driven.- Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel as per requirement to meet sellers and drive business objectivesPreferred:- Experience working with e-commerce, SME retailers, advertising, or media.- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors.- Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets.,
