• Work with fellow designers, product managers, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive and beautiful experiences that our users love.
• Understand users and their needs through market analysis, user research, usage analytics, and feedback.
• Conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
• Work on a feature end to end from the design side - from creating personas, storyboards to wireframes, high fidelity mockups, end-to-end flows and clickable prototypes.
• Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business and user goals.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, tech constraints, stakeholder feedback, and more.
Who should apply for this role
• 2 - 4 Years of demonstrated product design experience
• Strong understanding of interaction and visual design concepts.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities and experience in creating concepts, user journeys, specifying interaction details, etc.
• Professional proficiency in high-fidelity mockup and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Love working with other designers to help them learn and grow and have them help you learn and grow.
• Care about details and are excited to keep pushing your work until it is pixel-perfect.
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
