We are looking forAssistant Manager- Assembly and Testingfor a reputed Aerospace Manufacturing companyLocation: Devanahalli IT Park, BangaloreWork Experience :8-10 years in Hydraulic parts assembly and testing Knowledge on aerospace actuator.Roles and Responsibilities :> Knowledge on study of engineering drawing & standards for Assembly & testing parts> Preparation of specification and compliance matrix> Perform gap analysis for customer and international standards> Preparation of PFD, PFMEA for new parts> Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP for preparation of BOM, Routing and QMS (AS9100) documentation> Design and selection of tools and fixtures> Shall derive process by reviewing drawing & prepare MOS (Manufacturing operation sequence) or process sheets> Prepare internal process standards based on the customer requirement> Training and qualifying team members to achieve required skills> Knowledge of FAI requirements as per the international standard AS9102> Scripting of acceptance test and other procedures> Shall converse with overseas customers for meeting various needs> Knowledge of using problem solving tools for conducting root cause analysis> Knowledge on VSM / VSD> Prepare technical feasibility study & risk assessment for new RFQs> Should have knowledge on time estimation and costing> Teardown experience with documentation preparation would be an added advantageQualification :BE /B.Tech Mechanical EngineeringIF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLS CALL @98********0Contact: Bindu
