Role Description:We seek someone who can support in quantitative data analysis across evaluation projects, from which we can draw key programmatic insights to strengthen our programming.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze and draw insights from datasets to support program evaluations and program interactions- Develop technical tools and data infrastructure for successful continuous quality monitoring. Streamline data collection process from survey CTO as well as other sources- Conduct literature reviews on relevant health topics as it relates to current or upcoming research projects - Partner with the rest of the functional teams including design, implementation, research, and partnerships- Develop frameworks for effective communication of monitored outputs including dashboards, reports, and presentations. Data visualization and draw insights from data using tools like Tableau / Power BI /Other Open Source tools- Clean, manage, and analyze large databases for health research. Data manipulation using tools such as R, Rstudio or Python - Establish and maintain databases for research data (separate from Monitoring data).Expectations:- Strong work experience with quantitative data analysis within the health sector - Experience in working with any reputed NGO or other relevant institution- This role is aimed at professionals who are strongly motivated to solve important global health challenges and are dedicated to the social and development sector and health equity.- Experience of at least 1-3 years in roles which includes monitoring and/or evaluation, quality improvement, outputs analysis- Excellent document/report writing skills in English- Proficiency in Hindi and/or any other Indian language is required.- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work seamlessly as part of a diverse team including designers, analysts, and educators from India and overseasThis job opening was posted long time back.
