• Responsible for driving the delivery of Privileged Management controls across modern Cloud environments, in accordance with best practices and applicable Security Standards defined in the Bank
• Work as part of a small skilled team (Tribe/ Squad) of engineers and senior architects to analyse technical and non-technical requirements to build robust Privileged Management patterns for cloud-based applications
• Manage and continuously enhance capabilities within Security Technology service portfolio
• Evaluates applications and platforms, provides recommendations for improving Privileged Identity security patterns by participating in gap analysis, identifying feasible alternative solutions, and advising in the scope of modifications to be made
• Makes recommendations to improve integration of applications with Privileged Management solutions
• Collaborates with business teams, infra teams, security operations and offers technical guidance
• Identifies patterns for integration, operate and provide expert guidance on Privileged Management solutions for the cloud
• Provide support and maintain documentation to assist in sustaining projects delivery during the transition to production
• Proactively identifying and proposing automation and improvements around Privileged Identity Management & Governance
• Identify, escalate and manage risks to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained
• Scrutinize Privileged Identity security patterns used by key technology domains in the Bank
• Resolve escalated incidents and problems, identify root causes and provide recommendations for sustainable improvement
• Coordinate solution implementation

Our Ideal Candidate

• Hands on experience with public clouds (AWS/Azure) is a must, while familiarity with dynamic, heterogenous cloud-based environments (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, etc) is a plus
• 8 10 years of overall Security/IAM experience, with at least 4 years in delivering enterprise solutions
• Conceptual understanding of Privileged Identity systems
• Experience and exposure to threat modelling and design reviews to assess security implications and requirements for introducing new solutions
• Proven track record of delivering technical solutions
• Capability to identify technical risks, articulate the associated costs and business impacts, and proposing options for solution
• Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team structure, but also independently
• Selects appropriately from applicable Security Standards, methods, tools and applications defined in the Bank
• Ability to influence at all levels, effectively communicate topics and build confidence
• Eager for learning new things
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
• Proactively seeks out opportunities and implements service improvements whilst building customer satisfaction

• Bachelor s degree in information technology, engineering, computer science, or equivalent field experience
• Azure or AWS related certifications

  • Azure Security
  • Azure Developer
  • Or similar
• Cyber security certifications are an advantage (Security+, CEH, CSSLP, CCSP, SSCP, etc)
