Job Description

s.About the Role: Paytm is looking to hire a senior design leader who drives design strategies for QR & Soundbox vertical & other hardware devices.Expectations/ Requirements 1. Responsible for delivering user experience strategy initiatives to create user journeys in a storytelling format.2. Provide Design Strategy to deliver impact across QR & Soundbox business to advocate a user-centric, research-led, strategic design approach.3. Lead stakeholder engagements that include a Design Strategy focus and make recommendations based on project scopes and identified opportunities for business growth.4. Collaborate with technology, product, business, and design stakeholders to uncover customer and business needs and translating them into intuitive and engaging experiences.5. Evaluate existing and new experiences, identifying opportunities and solutions for improvement, experimentation, and innovation.6. Analyse research to find innovative solutions to complex and technical design issues.Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:1. Passionate about working in a fast growing firms .12-15 years of experience in Industrial Designing & people management.2. Articulate complex solutions to business problems3.
