Job Description

    We are hiring an Enterprise Solutions and Process Manager for our sales team located in Bangalore. Our dream candidate is highly motivated, collaborative, and an opportunity mapper with a passion for solving problems.Primary Responsibilities: 1. Setup operational systems and processes for project execution in collaboration with the operations team.2. Engage with prospective customers to understand their pain points and provide solutions to meet their business requirements3. Understand and articulate the benefits of Awigns offerings to educate enterprise clients on the value proposition of our solutions.4. Help the operation team to execute complex operations (including Proof of Concepts to validate solutions) and solve problems persistently5. Associate with Enterprise Sales Managers to run complex deal cycles with C-level executives6. Work cross-functionally with sales, Operations, technology and to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to client needs and objectives7. Responsible for preparing Proposals, Approach Notes, Solution Documents as requested by the clients8. Preparing commercials by considering internal costing parameters, client expectations and industry benchmarks9. Preparing ROI matrix and value proposition documents to help the sales team to close more deals.Desired Skills : 1. Prior-experience in operations, process and project management.2. Good client engagement skills3. Ability to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a simple, clear and concise manner4. Ability to work under pressure and to agreed deadlines.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments6. Strong decision-making skills for problem identification, solution recommendation and implementation.7. Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.,
