Talent Acquisition Manager would be part of HR Team & responsible for delivering the critical hiring demand and support Awigns aggressive growth plans. The incumbent will partner with business leaders to identify and strategize their short term and long term hiring needs. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated innovation, strategy and should be able to resolve complex recruitment problems.Duties & Responsibilities :1. Youll lead our internal recruitment team and be responsible for planning, strategy, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, pitching, coordination and negotiation.2. Responsible to actively promote jobs on job boards, social media and other networks as appropriate to have a healthy pipeline of candidates for all the positions3. Proactively source candidates through a combination of channels including job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media etc.4. Lead offer discussions with potential candidates; ensure that people are onboarded at the right compensation band5. Ensuring high offer to join ratio by ensuring excellent candidate experience and post-offer engagements.6. Working on improving the recruitment process and candidate experience by finding the bottlenecks and reducing the TAT.7. Liaise with stakeholders to continuously evaluate the criticality of open positions, identify gaps in the existing recruitment strategies and develop recruiting best practices to ensure hiring priorities.8. Prepare and present well-analyzed recruitment reports to the leadership team along with actionable insights.9. Strategize and implement employer branding initiatives to position Awign as an apt destination to work, network, learn and build ones career.Skills & Experience :1. 4+ years experience in leading lateral none tech hiring (Operation & Sales ) for experienced hires - mid to senior-level positions.2. Experience in team management and setting the TA process.3. Ability to pitch Awign to potential candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner4. The skill to shortlist candidates as per the desired requirements of the hiring manager.5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. 6. Must have good judgment, be able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.7. Bachelors/ Masters ( MBA preferred ) 8. Experience of working in a Startup and fast-paced environment and ability to effectively influence and drive toward results. Company Information :Awign works with enterprises to take up intricate work across the service lines of auditing, diligence, assessments, proctoring, last-mile delivery, new business development, and digital gigs, which have to be done in distributed locations PAN India at a large scale. We break it down into more uni-skill tasks and get them done - end to end - through highly trained gig workers who go on the ground and complete tasks in 400 cities PAN India. On the other hand, we also manage the job cycle for gig workers end to end, starting from selecting correct gig workers to training them and getting them to complete tasks in the required quality in their locality.
