We serve the broader organization and maintain a service-oriented attitude in all that we do.Summary of Role:Business Process and Decision Management COE is focused on establishing and rolling out process and decision modelling and automation capabilities for Asset and Wealth Management. In addition to establishing these capabilities, the COE also drives value through implementation of high value initiatives that focus on the automation of business processes and decisions. As a part of extending the automation capability, the team is looking to introduce low code workflow automation capability as part of its offering. This opportunity is for a leader in the space of low code automation to establish and drive the low code strategy and agenda for the team. In this role, you will provide thought leadership and direction to establish the capability and, build / manage a portfolio of high value engagements using the capability. This role will provide a unique opportunity to establish and drive a techno-functional team in collaboration with our technology partners across Asset and Wealth Management. ResponsibilitiesDrive execution low code automation strategy: As a key member in the low code automation practice, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive strategy to introduce and mature the low code automation capability across Asset and Wealth ManagementCapability building and product management: You will drive and participate in the development and rollout of the Low Code Workflow Automation capability across Asset and Wealth Management. This includes driving tool selection, product strategy, developing methodology, standards, governance models, and other aspects of rolling out the capability.Lead and Execute High Value Automation Engagements: As an experienced Low Code Workflow Automation specialist, you will lead critical projects and team resources to reengineer and, automate processes and workflows in partnership with Technology and business users.
