Job Description

In this Analyst level role you will work with IAG senior staff and the project and transaction teams, to be a key support for internal IAG reporting and projects. It is expected that the successful candidate will develop insight into IAG s roles and responsibilities, policy concerns, regulatory matters, and the Firm s use of funding & capital within its legal entity structure. The role will require working with the IAG Controllers to support reporting and data management/quality requirements, including:

  • Prepare and deliver regular team and policy reports to IAG controllers while ensuring the timelines for such delivery
  • Maintain and ensure data integrity of reports prepared, related user tools, and underlying data
  • Mailbox management and evidence management including monitoring of the shared mailbox to ensure appropriate documentation for all transactions
  • Partner with transaction support and transaction owners around the status of transactions and any questions about the data/reporting
  • Review the transaction database recording components of each transactions to ensure timely and accurate information is reported
The role will give the analyst exposure to a broad array of transactions across the firm through reporting and data management related to Affiliate Support Documents, Restructurings, and Capital Actions, Dividends, and New Product approval work flows and data management. The analyst will also work with the existing IAG Control & Support team to support data management/quality requirements and related reporting and control issues.Qualifications:
  • Educated to a post graduate degree level in Finance/Accounting or related field of study
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with Transaction Team, and Control & Support Team members
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of MS Access and/or Sharepoint a plus
  • Control/documentation background/mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to identify and communicate issues in a timely manner
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Open to working in EMEA shift and should be able to deliver to tight deadlines
