Job Description

    As a Business Intelligence Engineer for ADFS marketing you will: Work both independently and collaboratively with other members of the ADFS team including the marketing and business intelligence to deliver scalable BI solutions that drive adoption of ADFS services Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. using SQL, QuickSight and Amazon internal data tools Develop and streamline necessary dashboards and one-off analyses, providing ability to surface business-critical KPIs Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format for the Marketing team Successfully partner with stakeholders from marketing, BI and product Assist in preparation of business reviews to the senior management team Adopt best practices in BI and reporting in collaboration with Sr. Business Intelligence Engineers., Advanced Proficiency in SQL and Excel including ability to write high-quality queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables (ex. Redshift, S3, etc.) Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau Proven problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills Experience in solving complex, quantitative business challenges. Experience in statistical analysis and/or building predictive models using regression, forecasting, and other statistical models. Experience working in Logistics or working with marketing team
