Roles and Responsibility : Prepare BIW layout for system, sub-system and vehicle level Good knowledge of vehicle Chassis type and design consideration To design, modify/generate A surface of - interiors & Exteriors parts for 2W /3W / 4W projects Concept generation, master sections creation, & 3D parametric modelling for, BIW and Trims - interiors & Exteriors of vehicle New BIW definition for 2W /3W / 4W projects parts like body front-end parts, underbody parts, Body side parts, closures & roof system. Generate 2d from 3D and release it through PLM Experience in GD&T, Tolerance stack up Creating DFMEA, DVP, DRD, DFM, DFA, DFS Should be aware of New trends, technology & implementation for Automotive Desired Candidate : Work experience of BIW & Trims interiors & Exteriors for 1-2 projectof2W/3W/4W Knowledge - DFMEA, DFA,DFS, DFM, EBOM Good knowledge of fundamental physics, strength of material, solid mechanics, metal fatigue and structural engineering principles,
