Job Description

Position Overview

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible to uphold & represent the ZAPCOM brand into a valuable business associate & partner to International clients.

This person sets the brand marketing strategy, with a focus on driving awareness, affinity, and preference for the Zapcom brand. She/he shall strive to take a creative, savvy, and modern approach to articulating Zapcom s brand story, purpose, and vision of supporting clients unleash their true business potential.

By applying her/his deep knowledge of brand marketing, client needs, and cultural nuances, the Brand Marketing Manager creates, coordinates, and executes experiences that elevate the Zapcom brand in a locally relevant and resonant way You will be responsible for creating brand awareness among existing clients, prospective customers and engage with different prospects in support of local market needs, working closely with the management team for demand generation to reach and engage new audiences through earned/owned media, social media and experiential events.

Embodying a Zapcom Team mindset, s/he guides, coordinates, and/or executes brand marketing activities according to company priorities, working closely with business partners in Communications, Content & Social Media, Activations.

S/he is a strategic business partner to our client acquisition, sales, and demand generation teams, defining brand marketing strategies that support local unique needs and contribute to our growth, from Awareness to Consideration to Lead generation and Conversion/Onboarding Responsibilities. Supporting Brand engagement events (both local and global events)

S/he shall serve as an advocate, advisor, resource, and bar raiser for the Zapcom brand, Ensure that the Zapcom brand is represented consistently and cohesively in all platforms

S/he uses data to track, report, and improve results. S/he is accountable for demonstrating how brand marketing contributes to country business results and is driving awareness, affinity, and preference

Minimum Qualification

  • 3-5 years of experience of integrated brand marketing and/or communications in India
  • Strong Presentation skills is a must expertise in usage of the following software Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Slides, Ludus, FlowVella, Slidebean, Keynote
  • Deep understanding and actual proven experience of how to adapt the brand strategy for local market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and cultural nuances
  • Knowledge of content marketing, social media, PR, experiential marketing, and brand activation (has experience plus has the ability to anticipate future trends)
  • Proven ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, multicultural, multilingual matrix organization with different key stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • A good balance of creative, strategic thinking and operational skills
  • Business standard English language communication skills
