Job Description

    Business Analyst ( 4-8 years): As part of a cross-functional team, you will support Data & Analytics product managers through product discovery & solution design towards a successful build/ buy decision and support product implementation life cycle as a central point of contact for end-users & their needs in making data-driven decisionsYour role:
    • Collaborate with business end-users, product managers & other stakeholders across teams & geographies to understand, prioritize and document user requirements
    • Gather & document non-functional & compliance requirements in collaboration with respective experts
    • Support product managers in maintaining & prioritizing product backlogs in an Agile delivery set-up
    • Work with business leaders to identify business goals and KPIs for product success
    • Own and improve existing solutions through in-depth understanding of business processes & good overview of technology trends
    • Drive and document architecture design with technical experts to ensure a harmonized data & technology landscape
    • Collaborate with technology vendors to ensure business needs are translated to appropriate solutions and delivered in budget, quality & time
    Your people skills:
    • User-centric mindset for engaging with business stakeholders to understand underlying needs in context of business priorities
    • Excellent communication skills to translate and explain user-needs to senior management and technical teams

    Desired skills, education & experience:
    • Bachelor s degree in business or computer science
    • 2+ years of relevant work experience
    • Experience in agile methods for product development (Design thinking, Scrum, SAFe)
    • Experience with Data & Analytics based SaaS solutions
    Advantage to have:
    • Knowledge of GxP/regulated environments
    • Experience in Life science/ healthcare industry with knowledge of clinical development processes is a big plus
    Specific information related to the position:
    • Primary work location Bangalore. (Hybrid model)
    • Flexible to work in CEST and US EST time zones
