Job Description

    Global Sales Enablement and Operations(GSE) is engaged in the strategic approach to enhance the sales performance by improving sales productivity and efficiency, in order to increase and drive revenues for the company. The key goals of GSE is to manage a healthy funnel, increase deal conversions , driving orgazational alignment to sales function and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force by designing and managing best-in-class sales processes , digital tools, sales knowledge assets, sales data analytics and Supporting Sales Eco-System with consistent, scalable enablement services that adds value to every sales customer interaction and aligns with customer journey. GSE is looking for specialist Business Analysts who have a passion to be a part of a strategic function with a direct impact on growing revenues for the organisation. As part of the GSE, you will be responsible for developing sales programs, sales process strategy and implementing/managing digital sales tools and technologies. Key skills required will include a good understanding of sales processes, experience and working knowledge of CRM / pricing tools, good project management , business analysis and inter-personal skills. Requirements gathering, definition, design, and implementation of Digital selling platforms CRM, Mobility, User Experience, SMAC, MDM, knowledge management & social collaboration platforms Documentation of BRDs, functional specifications, change requests and related processes Program management of SDLC activities Develop communication strategy towards articulating the potential benefits of sales transformation to BDMs, account managers and senior management Sales user trainings and functional support Driving user forums and platforms for best practices sharing and knowledge harvesting to improve sales productivity. Post-graduate degree in Management from premier institutes with 6+ years of experience Professional experience in IT industry, preferably in Digital, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Business Analysis, Process Engineering, SMAC Concepts Experience in Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Digital Sales System Design Passion for Business Analysis, Technology & Innovation, Industry Bench Marking, Change Management Domain knowledge of Sales, Sales Operations and Account Management Knowledge of Digital Technologies, Mobility and CRM Good analytical, reporting and strong interpersonal skills Effective verbal and written communication skills,
