About the role :As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with solving Urban Ladders core business problems, generating insights & identifying creative solutions using Data Analytics. You will also be responsible for managing Key performance indicators- (KPIs) reporting, insights & actionables.Responsibilities :1. Work with Data to understand the performance of various Revenue & Marketing Initiatives and reporting actionable insights.2. Will be responsible for Building & Automating KPI dashboards.3. Will be responsible for Management Information Systems (MIS).4. Work with business owners to analyse the revenue gaps and identify improvement opportunities.Must have :1. B.Tech with 0-3 yrs of relevant work experience.2. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills3. Ability to think innovatively, gather required information, analyse & define solutions.4. Ability to coordinate and work with multiple teams5. Attention to details and ability to look for right data6.
