Job Description

    *BA - Power Platform (Product Team- CoE)Job DescriptionAs Business Analyst, you ll be accountable for understanding the vision from our PO, the development team, and the roadmap. You ll be integral from getting us from where are now to where we want to be You will need to balance being strategic and hands on. You ll be the person our stakeholders know, talk to and you ll need to balance their wants, needs and requirements alongside the ever-growing backlog and business change required to mature our platform. These skills are essential: OverAll 8-12Yrs Exp
    • Experience in the Power Platform, especially Model-driven, Canvas Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate
    • Experience as BA, or related role or you may have been a Power Platform Developer or Architect looking to move into a Product Management role
    • A strong understanding of technical product and technology road map delivery and iterative practice for large organisations
    • Be able to define requirements & engage with technical teams and relate back to non-technical business stakeholders.
    • Experience of leading the product lifecycle from discovery through to definition, delivery, evaluation, and iteration
    • Good knowledge of tools such as Azure Dev Ops or Jira, Confluence etc
    • Be able to influence cross-functional teams and business units
    • Be a smart problem solver, who does not hesitate to get hands-on to help deliveries and deliver quality solutions quickly.
    • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
    • Have the skill to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
    • Understand the importance of great CX and desire to build products and services that customers will love
    Ideally, youll also have:
    • Business process mapping skills
    • German speaking (Beginner Intermediate)
