Job Description

JOB TITLE: I&A IOps Business Case Development and Planning LeadJOB LOCATION: Bangalore IndiaRole Type: Fixed term assignment on Unilever Payroll for 2 yearsINTRODUCTIONUnilever s Uniops Transformation agenda incorporates the design and implementation of its Integrated Operations (iOps) capabilities enabled by technology delivery across global Unilever businesses.iOPS will transform the efficiency and effectiveness with which significant elements of its Customer Development, Supply Chain and Finance operations are delivered. Information and analytics capabilities, particularly data lake are key to making this vision a reality.IOps design authority team is responsible for designing the scope and roadmap for these iOps capabilities and this role is an exciting opportunity to be part of and shape the future of this team.JOB PURPOSE

  • Current IOps ambition is to cover 30+ markets across 7 clusters in next 18 months. Each of these individual markets need to go through a business case development process.
  • The key purpose of this role is to work alongside IOps market leads and I&A market squads to carefully assess the business pain points, fitment of iOps solutions against those, gap assessment for any unmet needs, quantification of value unlocks and finally the cost estimates to cover the scope defined.
  • This would need analytical preparation in terms of cost benefit analysis and feasibility studies to confirm the assumptions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure consistency in business case creation process across markets, colloborating with product and market teams.
  • Focus on value unlock while making roadmap choices that influence the business case.
  • Drive incremental cost estimations for market specific customizations/ archetype adoption.
  • Systematic management of I&A cost structures and keeping them up to date in line with program finance and GPMO governance.

  • Relevant years of professional experience in business analytics.
  • Strong analytics skill set with experience of having driven cost benefit analysis, value unlock conversations and feasibility analysis.
  • Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously
  • Ability to articulate progress and status clearly to key stakeholders
  • Ability to work remotely and with wide range of stakeholders from business to IT
