Job Description

    - The position is for Business Development Manager (Corporate Projects) - South at Company- Min 5 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate business with either IPCs, Design & Build firms, Design Firms or Furniture Suppliers- Drive and lead the Business Development for the Corporate project management business for South India.- Support to drive the topline revenue targets with EBTIDA. Support the growth of our Corporate Project Management Business YOY.- Support on Developing and delivering a clearly defined BD Strategy for Corporate Projects growth across South India- Support in business growth by expanding existing client relationships and scaling up relationships to platform level Master Service agreements for project management.- Collaborate with Internal transaction team to drive on new leads and clients connects. Loop in Sector Head on such connects as needed and set up such key meets for the enabling sales conversion.- Work with research and marketing to establish market intelligence and any specific action plans to address- Update and maintain accurate sales reporting information through Corporate Project Sales Tracker- Lead and write the proposal documentation towards, all such business development initiatives in South and advice on correct pricing strategies to sector head for profitability and client wins.- Lead and support pitch negotiations as required on such opportunities, to maximize profitability and appropriate management risk to the Savills as a firm with a proper process and governance as prescribed from time to time.Additional Information:Experience- BE/BTech Required. Masters in construction management degree preferred.- Minimum 5-8 years of sales/ and Business Development is must positioned in Bangalore- An exposure to Corporate Projects Business Development either IPCs, D&B firms, Design Firms or Furniture Suppliers is an added advantage.- Expert Proficiency in MS office platform is must.- Experience in serving, collaborating, and influencing executive management for driving the topline revenue nos.- Excellent analytical and program management skills is essentialRequired Qualification:Graduation - Any Graduate in Other - Not Required Per/CGPANote: BE/BTech Required.
