Job Description

    Role & responsibilitiesRole Specifications:Deal Sourcing strategy and network- Build effective BD strategy for his/her region basis organisational priorities, business environment & global trends- Understands and translates key elements of the strategy into actionable deliverables & milestones- Is able to build and leverage an effective network in target market to ensure that we learn of deal opportunities early in the gamePre term sheet- Must have an excellent understanding of market with respect to new launches, average prices, absorption trends, vacany levels,key developers, infrastructure updates, land valuation etc.- Thorough understanding of concepts of valuation, grasp on financial modelling- Strategically leverages market understanding and financial modelling concepts to arrive at right offer and accurate estimates of return parameters- Ability to generate multiple solutions on the fly through deep subject matter knowledge and hence create win win situations- Adjust style basis situation while maintaining composure throughout (during both Internal & External Negotiations)- Understands the regulations applicable for area statement, approvals cost & timelines, product specific norms etc.
