Identify & manage cross functional e2e business improvement opportunities in-line with Tesco s service model in collaboration with all level of stakeholders & SMEs from Business Services & Global Markets & deliver results. Work closely with central Business Services Transformation to understand regional process landscapes and identify appropriate Value Streams / Cross Functional / E2E process improvement projects to work on.- Prioritize and manage key strategic transformation projects by applying Value Stream method with appropriate governance Learn and apply Business Services CI Framework method and tools- Embed a culture of Continuous Improvement at all operational levels & develop the next level of Continuous improvement maturity across Tesco.- Set up pathways for Value Stream level certifications in line with Tesco certification standards approved by QA- Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation Build pipeline of RPA opportunities with RPA CoE- Lead influence and deliver results at Senior Management level in a fast paced matrix environment- Contribute in business and group wide strategy and objectives delivering large scale improvements with tangible People Customer and Financial benefits.
