Job Description

*Job description:The key elements in this position are:

  • Support implementation of the BI & Analytics scope of the Arcadis Way with a technical focus
  • Design and Develop Oracle BI Reporting Repository/Model and development of KPIs, Metrics and Dashboards etc. Experience with developing Reports & Dashboards using OBIEE Analysis, Interactive dashboards and Data visualization tool
  • Conduct Architecture & Design reviews to ensure that quality software engineering processes (DevOps) and methodologies in the space of OBIA RPD/ODI/Data Warehouse designs.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning and Agile Framework process and methodologies. Effort, Strategic Planning, Project Scheduling, and developing & implementing Processes.
  • Prepare Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Models
  • Assist in designing Test Strategy, Test Plan & Test Cases
, *Requirements:The ideal candidate:
  • Has a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a technical / data discipline;
  • Has A minimum of 6-8+ years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Applications OBIA / BIApps with expertise in gathering user requirements, designing, developing and supporting
  • Has Oracle eBS and ERP source application knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Should have worked and experienced in OAC data visualization tool. Experience in dimensional modeling, designing data marts, star and snowflake schemas
  • Should have worked in Oracle BI (OBIA) framework design and implementation projects end to end
  • Any certification on OAC, OBIEE, OBIA are added advantage
Further required competencies for this role:
  • Good written and spoken English communication;

  • Strong analytical and data skills and attention to detail;
  • Team player;
  • Extensive Oracle BI tool experience is mandatory. Hands-on experience in repository (.RPD) development (Physical, Logical and Presentation layer) using OBIEE Admin tool
  • Exceptional background in design and implementation of Oracle BI Apps including Project analytics, Financials, Procurement and Spend and HR
  • Strong experience in developing and customizing OBIEE and BI Publisher Reports
  • Hands-on experience in Performance tuning of Informatica/ODI ETL and OBIEE Queries
  • Experience in configuring OBIEE/OBIA security (Authentication and Authorization Object level and Data level security)
  • Working experience with design and work with other team members in transitioning of designs and execution.
