In this role you will support and grow the business, through the deployment of Bus Ops services and market knowledge and helps in markets objectives and goals. Also helps business to scale and sustain, with the support of various tools, processes, and leadership alignment to drive valuable insights to business. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of business practices to create efficiency within an organization. It is concerned with converting materials and labor into goods and services to maximize the profit of an organization. What are we looking for Skills and Experience: Experience in business operations and/or finance in a business group or Market or geographic unit preferred Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Proven team management skills and proactive mindset Ability to function as a team player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities Education Must have: Bachelor s Degree (minimum) Project and organization management skills Strong communication skills Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Executives Work Experience Must have: Demonstrated capability to drive / execute multiple initiatives individually and with a team with minimal supervision and guidance Program management skills Excellent oral and written communications skills Proficient as end user of related operations tools/systems (SAP, MMS, MMB, etc.) Understanding of Accenture operating and reporting structures Good to have: Strong Understanding of organization business processes and policies Advanced experience in change management, behavior change, sales processes, sales methodologies, sales improvement programs Roles and Responsibilities The Domains Senior Manager (Domains SM) works collaboratively with the Global Business Lead (Global Lead) and Global Business Operations Lead to help drive the group s vision, growth strategy and innovation agenda across all global markets, services, industries & offerings. The Domains SM liaises with Network leaders and Corporate Functions, including GMC Chief of Staff, to ensure a consistent approach for the group s operations and management globally and across all key markets. The Domains SM integrates across the other Corporate Functions and with priority Industries to drive strong connections and client value across all part of our business. Strategic & Business Enablement: Provide support to the Global Business Lead, Business Operations team members, including Chief of Staff, activate the Group s Network within all S&C practices, all Accenture Services and across all Markets Support the Global Leads in the creation and execution of the overall vision & strategy for the group, including partnering with M+C, research and others to form the internal and external-facing narrative Support excellence in the finance and pipeline management across the group s portfolio Drive strategic campaigns for the group, engaging with business and CF partners Partner / collaborate with the various Corporate Functions that support the entity to provide consistent support Work with Learning to ensure development and delivery of key Learning programs Support external and internal initiatives (e.g., business reviews, leadership team calls, analyst relations, go to market events/conferences, ecosystem partner engagement, investment planning, campaigns & account planning) Manage and report on MD&I Collaborate with Marketing and Comms globally and in market to establish/ coordinate appropriate internal community activities.,
