Experience in AUTOSAR configuration Tools like EB Tresos, DaVinci, ECU SpectrumExperience in drivers of SPI, I2C, UART.Proficiency in Automotive communication protocols like CAN, Flexray and LINIdentify Ethernet process and tool requirementsSupport Diagnostics and Serial Data projects related to AUTOSAR software and processesProvide leadership and management to software development teams and projectsConsult with clients to understand and analyze project scope, project requirements, time, cost, projected benefitsDevelop the project plan incorporating the resource, time, and skill level requirementsProvide metrics to management regarding project health, costs, efforts, defectsDevelop procedures for changing scope and project acceptance proceduresShould have knowledge of project management tools/methodologiesShould have knowledge on CMMI / ASPICEShould display strong process orientation ,
