Job Description

    Should be capable of designing Auto-CAD/BIM drawings the various Telecom sub-systems for Urban/Mainline projects based on the project requirements. Ability to understand customer requirements and project context. Day to day responsibilities include preparation of CAD drawings basd on the inputs from respective SSLs. Position in the Organisation Design Engineer - CAD Organisational Reporting
    • Functional Reporting: Project Engineering manager
    • Hierarchical Reporting: Security & Telecom DH
    Network & Links Part of the Core Project Team and works closely with the:
    • Telecom Department Head
    • Team Members ,
    • System Engineers
    Objectives
    • Deliver the content of Work Packages by achieving the agreed QCD commitment.
    Performance Measurement
    • Understanding and adapting of ALSTOM rules and processes
    • Delivers on time with Quality as agreed in Work Package
    Responsibilities Key performance Indicators
    • Build know how of Alstom products and processes
    • Adhering to technical processes
    • Accurate and On Time Reporting
    • QCD is as per WP commitment
    Job Specifications: Required Experience/Skills
    • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in rail Telecom domain as independent contributor.
    • - Proficeincy in various CAD tools like Auto CAD /Katia etc.To prepare the CAD drawings for various Telecom drawings for Metro and mainline projects.- To participate in site surveys and give inputs to Installation team for accurate placement of various Telecom endpoints like Camera , spaekers etc.- To study the variuos station drawings for proper coverage by CCTV cameras etc.- To prepare BWD , E&C drawings for Metro and mainline Telecom solution.- To participate in site surveys along with T&C team and preapre the as built drawings accordingly.
