Job Description

  • Supporting BOSCH Business Mobility Solution s Units for various internal BOSCH Business Units as well as with Customer OEM interfaces
  • Participation in a global team, which offers a centralized CAD data exchange service between BBM and the external customers (OEM, Tier1)
  • Work on multi CAD Platform to prepare customer CAD data as per OEM requirements
  • Offer Drawings / 3D Customer models / 3D Master Models
  • Daily execution and coordination of CAD data exchange orders, e.g. Export / Import to / from OEM
  • 3D Model Simplification
  • Supporting the further development of processes and methods for CAD data exchange with customers
  • Identify automation potentials in the area of CAD data exchange and implement
  • Automation of processes / sub-processes (e.g. CAD macro programming)
  • Able to completely own up CAD Migration process responsibility (which includes Extraction Conversion Upload Job preparation Re-mastering Quality Check Fixation)
Mandatory skills:
  • Hands on experience in CAD Software - NX, CATIA, Creo (at least one very good )
  • Proficient in Assembly, Part modeling & Drawing Creation modules of the aforementioned software
  • Exposure to manufacturing and processing knowledge, esp. DFM & DFA
  • Generic overview and knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), VBA scripting & Python
  • Result oriented and strong focus on good quality deliverables
  • Ability to quickly grasp, adapt and work with new emerging technologies with agility and flexibility
  • Taking Initiatives and ability to work as a team
  • Good Communication & analytical skills
  • Ability to guide and mentor the team on technical aspects
  • Proactive, quick learning and capable of handling tasks independently
