Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to handle the TA team and build recruitment strategiesRESPONSIBILITIES- Strategy: Design the companys hiring strategy for roles across departments.- Work with Functional Heads to determine annual hiring needs- Recruitment Process Design: Help hiring managers in crafting appealing job descriptions.- Sourcing: Help the teammates to figure out the right sourcing channels- Help the team in the End to End recruitment process.- Vendor Management- Cost optimization:-Reduce cost of hire and improve offer acceptance rate.- Analytics: Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.- Relations Management: Ensure candidates are nurtured in pre Onboarding stage- Mentor: Mentor the new candidates through their Training period for optimal output - Team handling and Team Expansion:-Recruitment of new team members and train them to deliver.REQUIRED SKILLS & PARAMETERS - Proven recruiting experience preferably in the sales industry- Experience in the full recruitment life cycle- Hands-on experience with social media recruiting- Experience in formulating a hiring strategy- Outstanding communication skills- Excellent organizational ability,
