    • Set project goals within defined category, and oversee projects to completion
    • Oversee day to day progress, highlight red flags, delays, or QC issues at the production facilities
    • Share QC reports as per the requirement Coordinate between the client and production facilities for delivery, and take installation signoff Guide & instruct team wherever necessary for production details
    • Manage snags and have them closed within stipulated timelines, for the respective category installations
    • Coordinate and negotiate with different Vendors for allocation of projects
    • Coordinate between logistic department and production facility for material delivery on site Participate in project review meetings Handle client escalations as per the process
