Product Portfolio- Managing the universe of designs for sales growth & Gross contribution as per defined product strategy- Decision on rationalization of the designs based on performance in terms of profitability or sales- Track & Understanding competition benchmarks & trends in the luxury jewelry segment in terms of the designs, pricing, range & policy - and use these insights to enhance appeal of our product strategy & following actions accordingly- Identify a set of benchmark products and significant value propositions to create competitive advantage for Zoya.- Identification of product gaps and need for refreshers to grow sales using analytics, retail feedback & insights based on consumer research and early adoption of consumer trends. Using these, build briefs for NPD / Design for Collections, Gap fillers & refreshers.- Product Life cycle mgmt - Evaluate sales performance, margin profile, role of each design for the brand and in the portfolio to manage life cycle of the product. Pricing- Manage the pricing of products in each category and price / weight band to deliver the profitability objective of the category while balancing growth aspiration of the brand.- Decide on pricing curve for products in a particular category and price / weight band based on relative design differences and the premium these can drive.Retail:- Drive sales thru activations, offers & incentives for retail team- Review performance - store wise in terms of key deliverables periodically with Retail and draw up action plans on Merchandising related improvements & alignments that would help achieve these objectives.- Drive adoption of uniform display & Sales pitch thru training content & module development.- Ensure planogram is developed in sync with internal functions like Marketing, VM & Retail formats- Alignment to bespoke & customer orders- Collaboration & alignment to Marketing- Ensuring the new product and product availability as per marketing plan- Align marketing initiatives to promote key products segments,
