Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) exists within Commercial Banking and provides loan servicing functions to all four JPMorgan lines of business.The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), Quality Control Specialist, This individual will be responsible for driving key performance metrics in Deal setup and funding QC in the FLOW vertical.ResponsibilitiesDelivers expected work product with sense of urgencySupport in high volume days for checking/verification of workMonitoring of break items / aged itemsEnsuring all controls and JP Morgan requirements are adhered to at all times and any risk items escalated immediately.Act as a backup to Supervisor in conducting QC forum/ meetings to build communication with stakeholders and enhance the effectiveness of staff performance.Support in update of SOP sComply with audit and compliance regulations and be the focal point for audit visitsCritical in providing input, development and management of projects in the team on client transitions, system enhancements, end to end process reviewsSupport client queries both internally and externally.Focus on team deliverables and expected performance levels to achieve targeted objectives and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA)Respond and interact with all internal business lines including Relationship Management, Technology and senior management and contact with external auditors, consultants and clientsEffectively organize and manage time to meet deadlines.In addition the Quality Control Specialist is also expected to protect the clients and Banks interests at all times and ensure that their integrity is maintained within the market place. To ensure department procedures are maintained and internal processes can adapt to market/client demands. To maintain optimum service level for all clients ensuring any reasons for and proposed solutions to, negative trends are documented and escalated.Qualifications/Experience/KnowledgeGeneral Knowledge and Experience Required:Minimum 2 years experience in a Team member /Quality Analyst role is essential along with demonstrated leadership experience, capacity planning skills and control risk awareness.
