Job Description

    The Consumer Banking Specialist is responsible for providing timely resolutions to our Consumer and Community Banking customer s queries. They will connect with our customers through inbound/outbound calls regarding transactions on their accounts such as payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards and other issues.JPMorgan Chase & Co. Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available at www.jpmorganchase.com.Data Scientist required for Home Lending Data & Analytics, supporting key strategic business priorities across HL Origination with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML model development & maintainence. Responsibilities:
    • Ability to work with large and diverse data sets (structured/unstructured) and present conclusions to key stakeholders
    • Act as a Data Scientist for data handling, extraction, manipulation; creating structured form of data and pulling tangible insights from data
    • Have an understanding of econometric/statistical modeling and analysis techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, optimization techniques, and statistical packages such as R, Python, Spark etc.
    • Individual and team contributor role in working through project lifecycle Defining data requirements to data harmonization to analysis to translating model results into business insights and creating a presentation to demonstrate these insights.
    • Collaborating closely with other team members, understand dependencies and be agile in adapting as per project requirements
    Role Description: Data Scientist required for Home Lending Data & Analytics, supporting key strategic business priorities across HL Origination & Servicing
    • 6+ years of AI/ML experience
    • Must have excellent knowledge in statistical techniques and advanced machine learning algorithms - regression, classification, clustering, time series, decision trees, text analytics, deep learning, NLP etc.
    • Must have implemented multiple Machine learning models in production including Logistic regression, XGBoost, Random Forest, etc
    • Very good programming skills in SQL & Python
    • Should have excellent programming skills in SAS including SAS Macros
    • Preferably from Statistics or Mathematics background, with experience in Banking Domain
