Job Description

CENTRE DIRECTOR MALL - Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bareilly, Chandigarh, Chennai, Indore, Kolkata, Kurla, Lucknow, Pune- Business Head with P&L responsibility. Provide quality services to HNI customers & support to Luxury retailers; grow the brand & attract the right TG of HNIs- Sales growth, competitive negotiations, optimum occupancy, efficiencies in operations etc.- Ensure HNI customer delight through innovative marketing, with a fine sense of design & aesthetics, catering to the taste of luxury customers - Execute the annual marketing calendar to enhance HNI footfalls / consumption significantly- Finalize policies related to parking, house-keeping, systems and equipment such as HVAC, escalator, elevator, music, electricity, common areas etc - Supervise leasing, engineering, security & safety of the mall - Upper class thinking, good pedigree, very presentable & smart, vibrant and understands luxury- Currently should be in a P&L role, driven business growth with profitability & people management- MBA, 15-20 years of experience, 40-45 years of age, Rs. 45-50 lakhs per annum - Engineering skills not required; can be MBA Finance/Marketing - From hotel or mall only- Manage 70 on roll and 700 out-sourced people, CENTRE DIRECTOR MALL - Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bareilly, Chandigarh, Chennai, Indore, Kolkata, Kurla, Lucknow, Pune- Business Head with P&L responsibility.
