Job Description

    • Deployment responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the various phases of SAP Ariba solution deployment.
    • On-Demand deployment lead will assist with all aspects of a deployment including (but not limited to): process configuration, documenting current and future process flows and business rule configuration, user interface configuration, external system integration (if required), user and supplier set-up, training and project management.
    • Will act as a liaison between the customer and various groups within SAP Ariba such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
    • The On-Demand Project Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction during the successful deployment of solutions.
    • Establishes credibility as a conduit for solutions expertise with customers and is seen as an expert by customers (e.g., positive customer feedback).
    • Builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at Ariba and externally at the client).
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Should be proficient in English (Speak, Read and Write)
    • Total experience of 4-5 years having project/customer management experience with 1 years of project management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required in languages mentioned above
    • Proven problem solving skills demonstrated through professional experience
    • Knowledge of ERP systems and Procurement processes good to have
    • Demonstrated ability to learn, utilize and train customers on systems, features and functionality for relevant products/solutions
