* Key Responsibilities: Ensure the fundamentals of channel management Build strong & robust commercial policy Proactively manage channel portfolio by market segment and be able to build channel strategy & roadmap Drive distributor assessment: Monitor & drive partner targets & performance Rebate Management: Provisions, Simulations & Financial Audit Business Reports for Company s Top Management ( Eg : Business Reviews, Leadership Meet, Channel Partner Connect) Leverage digitization with the distributors and support their digitization journey (Seamless, PRM, mySE , OCM, eShop etc.)Engage channels through animations (Emerald, Elite, TOP 50/100) & design Quarterly/Half Yearly schemes to drive growth actions & strategic alignment Define & manage the business plans with top channels through a structured key Account Management approach Ensure strong co-ordination with National sales organization to build a clear location specific joint action plan to deliver set objectivesLeverage channel sales force to drive to own higher contribution to sales by Channels Design & manage real time performance tracking for distributors Animate channel training & certification-based programs digitally , *Education / Requirements :
