• 7+ years in Configuration management and DevOps tooling area
• The CI Lead will work CI/CD & coordinate with representatives from different teams in defining software configuration, continuous integration and tools automation standards that will be used by different products with in the Business Unit.
• He will be involved in developing and maintaining CI/CD framework using latest tools and technologies.
• CI/CD Architect will also be responsible for Software Archiving of binaries, code & documents as required under National Security Agreement.

Position Description:

• • Automation of build and Deployment tools that will be used by CI teams.
  • Management of version control systems
  • Implementation and maintenance of build systems and s/w promotion
  • Advance CI f/w development/maintenance using latest DevOps tool
  • Supporting the component teams with resolution of build/tool issues reported.
  • Software Archiving of binaries, code & documents as required under National Security Agreement.

Position Requirements:

• • Good exposure to Build & Build Automation Tools : Jenkins, Make, Maven
  • Scripting: Python , Groovy, Shell scripts
  • SCM Tools : GIT/GERRIT repo creation, branching, hooks implementation, staging concepts and repo management
  • Hands on experience with Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or any Cloud infrastructure
  • Linux : Intermediate to Expert level of expertise on Linux administration (scheduling Jobs, performance monitoring, managing file systems )
  • Exposure to Software Metrics tools like SonarQube, JIRA, Anchore, JFrog Xray
  • Know-how of Opensource tools like kibana, elk, logstash, etc gets preference.
  • Good team player, commitment to high quality, good analytical skills, pro activeness, flexibility and passionate about work

• Min 6 years of relevant R&D Development experience on Telco grade products.
• In depth and working experience with cloud-ready, cloud-native, micro services, containers architecture and DevOps.
• Strong domain experience in areas of Telco cloud Core network, Docker/Container/POD, HTTP/2, JSON, Kubernetes.
• Strong Programming Knowledge (Java, Python)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Experience in real time, high performance, multi-threaded system programming, fault tolerant systems, HA Concepts and Distributed Architecture knowledge.
• Good working experience on Linux, VMWare, OpenStack and working with CSF Assets & Blueprints like BCMT/BELK, CSF-P, CBIS, CBCS.
• Must display a high degree of willingness and ability to understand a new business domain, a new product, the product s business and technical underpinnings.
• Must display a high degree of ownership and commitment towards assigned work.
• Facilitation of open communication and discussion between stakeholders wherever required.
• Strong Project/Product Development Experience in an Agile Scrum Team
