Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of Effective Control Framework by utilising Tools, Platforms, Solutions to automate workflows, dashboards and reports.
  • Creation of reference data including maintenance and cleansing.
  • Partner effectively with teams across various locations to deliver on projects.
  • Process re-engineering to make existing processes more efficient.
  • Ability to effectively lead and participate in meetings, agree and record actions and follow up accordingly.
  • Involvement and delivery of other key global, strategic initiatives as required.
  • Proactively identify and resolve barriers, risks and interdependencies.
  • Work closely with technology and UAT participants to ensure expected outcomes.
  • Provide clear tracking and resolution of defects along with the reporting of UAT execution results.
  • Support end to end regression testing in UAT & Dev environment and communicate effectively with the global stakeholders on the status of bugs and enhancements.
  • Perform/Coordinate post implementation validation and signoff.
  • Able to work comfortably & confidently under pressure and aggressive deadlines.
  • Proven ability to succeed and deliver in a complex and challenging environment.
  • Proven leadership and partnership skills.
  • Control Focus and Analytical ability.
  • Minimal need for supervision ability to make decisions, document work, escalate concerns or propose changes to recommended approach.
Required skill-set:
  • Expert knowledge in BI Tools such as Alteryx/ Xceptor and RPA (Robotics Process Automation)
  • Expert knowledge in dash board tools such as QlikView/ QlikSense and Tableau
  • Proven track record of executing large to medium scale automation projects
  • Excellent Project Management skills (PMP will be an added advantage)
  • Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to be able to manage and respond to stakeholder queries across the globe.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with teams/senior management across various locations.
  • Function effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and should be able to prioritize ones own work to achieve them.
  • Flexibility to work global hours.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, identify high priority deliverables and excellent execution style.

Qualification:
  • Any Bachelor degree with 8-10 years of work experience. Experience in Banking Risk & Control domain will be an added advantage.
