Bear responsibility for talent retention and development, capacity and resiliency management of the team.Performing salary and performance reviews of the staffAssume responsibility for the end-to-end oversight and governance of the daily activitiesEnsure accurate and timely processing of all instructions on the Transfer Agency Register to the highest individual and team standards and in accordance with the applicable procedures, policies, checklists and fund prospectusFoster a culture of escalation. Ensure immediate and appropriate escalation where deliverables cannot be processed in accurate or timely mannerEnsure team adherence to internal procedure to ensure a four eyes principle is applied at all timesReviewing key areas of daily operations in order to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures and controlsInstill keen client focus within the team ensuring that all queries are responded to and resolved by team in professional and timely manner ensuring the highest levels of client service are achievedDemonstrate and apply thorough Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer awareness and knowledgeBear responsibility for the creation and maintenance of procedures and process improvementsReview the process periodically and apply / Strengthen the necessary controls to eliminate all potential breachesTake responsibility for the timely and accurate compilation of departmental KPIs to corporate standardsProactively lead internal or client driven projects and testing as requiredFacilitate the completion of regular and ad-hoc client, investor and regulatory reporting requirements in a timely, accurate and professional manner.Pro-actively support Transaction Processing Senior Manager through investigation and analysis and provision of relevant data, to resolve client queriesAct as primary point of contact for senior management in onshore locations and for other key stakeholdersDisseminating all department and corporate information through the use of regularly scheduled meetings.
