      • Key Responsibilities : 1Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to gather requirement design consider design alternatives facilitate discussions and provide out of the box solution2Handling the incident and change implementation3Analyses workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes in relation to clients existing integrations
      • Technical Experience : 1Experience and knowledge in a workday custom reports and calculation2Work Experience on Azure Virtual Desktop VMware Horizon3Work Experience on VDI creation, policys creation and assig process 4Work Experience on VMware Vcenter and physical severs5VDI day to day activities, Profile rest, reboot VDIs troubleshooting VDI related issues6Basic knowledge on Active directory, DNS windows servers operating system7Good Experience on windows7,10imaging8Experience on Template maintenance
      • Professional Attributes : 1-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication 2-Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts 3-Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area and understanding them in the context of the business
