About the position
This position is based in our Bangalore office. We are looking for experienced candidates with 1-5 years of clinical programming experience to join Novotech s dynamic Biometrics team as a Clinical Data Programmer. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn and to develop your career, as Novotech are currently using 3 premium EDC platforms in line with the company s expansion into the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of data management projects using Medidata Rave EDC, PCG Viedoc and Oracle InForm
Your tasks will include eCRF design and edit checks [Standard and Custom] programming and assisting the Clinical Data Manager (CDM) and Project Manager (PM) with general data management responsibilities.
You will be working with a highly experienced team of Clinical Data Managers and will receive extensive training on Novotech state of the art database systems and EDC platforms as well as Good Clinical Data Management Practice. You will contribute to cutting edge clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Data Management Practice guidelines, local regulatory requirements and Novotech s SOPs.

You will be a graduate in Computer Science or life science-related field. Prior programming experience/programming including custom functions and a good understanding of the importance of database architecture will be ideal.
If you have database programming experience or previous experience with clinical data management or remote data capture systems that would be advantageous.
