Job Description

    • Project Role :Application Support Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Build tools and automation that eliminate repetitive tasks and prevent incident occurrence 2 Create and maintain operational runbooks and documentation 3 Participate in 24x7 operational support and on-call rotation 4Advanced knowledge in AWS administrative process API, CLI, Console, 5 Advanced knowledge in AWS development, deployment and operations environment 6 Working knowledge of material required for the AWS Architecture certification
        • Technical Experience : 1 Knowledge in Elastic Bean Stalk, Cloud Formation, AWS Lambda, API Gateway Experienced in Security End to end security model, from all access points, VPCs, Regions and external connections, IAM roles 2 Knowledge configuring and managing web servers Apache, Tomcat, Nginx and RESTful web service applications MUST, one of these Tomcat, Jboss, Weblogic 3 Knowledge with SQL MySQL and NoSQL databases Redis, CouchBase,
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Good analytical skills with the ability to think logically through a problem Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see problems through to resolution, Ability to work in shift patterns and provide out of hours On-Call support collaborate with other team members
