  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting experience of MPLS, BGP, MP-BGP,OSPF,GRE and IP Sec tunnels, QoS,Nexus/Switching concepts b: Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Firewalls Cisco, Juniper, Netscreen , VPN Technologies c: Strong analytical and communication skills written, interpersonal, and presentational required d: Ability to lead troubleshooting calls involving senior stakeholders from Accenture / Clients
      • Technical Experience : a: Knowledge on Bluecoat Packetshapers will be a plus b: Understanding of ITIL framework and processes ITIL 2011 Foundation certificate desirable c: Working knowledge of Service Now Exposure to various Network Management Tools HP, Zenoss, Splunk etc d: Scripting knowledge will be an advantage
      • Professional Attributes : 3 years experience Strong analytical and communication skills written, interpersonal, and presentational required Ability to lead troubleshooting calls involving senior stakeholders from Accenture / Clients
    • Educational Qualification : Minimum Bachelors degree Relevant Vendor/Technology certifications preferred
