Job Description

The APAC MEA PXT team supports over 85000 employees across 17+ countries in India, China, Japan, Middle East, Africa , Australia and other South East Asean countries. There is a need to actively spread the goodness of our current and upcoming mechanisms and initiatives that make Amazon unique and an employer of choice. In this role you ll develop and manage multimedia content including video, social media, digital, mobile, print and more to bring to life Amazon s leadership principles, uplight Amazon brand internally for employees, and create more buzz externally as a Earths Best Employer. Key responsibilities include: Designing the strategy for internal and external branding at country level working with Internal Comms, PR, Legal, PXT team Development of social media as both a brand strategy, employee engagement, and talent attraction tool by partnering with social media experts on the Amazon business side to drive engagement strategies and metrics. Improving our candidate experience and helping us work toward our vision of creating the same type of experience we provide to our retail customers. Leverage our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to create flexible, targeted marketing messaging by while still staying true to Amazon culture.,
    • 3+ years of marketing experience
    • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
    • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
    • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
    Bachelor s degree in an applicable discipline (marketing, business, communications, etc.) 3+ years of experience in content management Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to write compelling copy Experience with video storytelling Experience writing, editing and managing a library of written and multimedia content Experience producing a diverse range of materials such as white papers, newsletters, presentations, educational materials, tutorials, scripts, blogs, and wikis. Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree) Basic programming experience (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) Graphic design experience
