More importantly, the founders have spent ten thousand hours in the space to deeply understand the needs of the customers and the other stakeholders. This is an opportunity to be part of the startup journey and help shape the journey by building things from scratch. Were looking for a Community Manager to manage our community of parents. Jodo nurtures a Community where parents and educators can collaborate to provide the best learning and development opportunities to the children. This is a high-impact, critical role to craft the future roadmap of the organization.Key Responsibilities :As a Community Manager at Jodo, youll be responsible for managing and nurturing JodoJoys exclusive parents community to drive engagement between Jodo parents.- Manage the parents community programs and campaigns- Ideate and execute regular campaigns to build engagement- Moderate the community to create a safe space for our members- Interact with other members of the core Community team to understand the user pain points, and improve our offerings- Develop a process and timeline for content creation- Be the voice of the customer.
