      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Should be able to add and remove servers from Backup 2 Should be able to monitor and create tickets 3 Should be able to tape management as well tape rotation 4 Should know how to fix filled backup jobs 5 Should be able to handle shift 24/7 6 Able to respond client emails
      • Technical Experience : 1Basic knowledge on Arcserve components and its working 2Good knowledge on Arcserve UDP, Recovery Point Servers, Creating Plans, able to backup restore of all types 3Must know Arcserve tape backup Well versed with client agent install/reinstall manually or remotely 4Must know tape library day to day operation 5Good to have Commvault knowledge
